Ganaroth? has connected.
Riot has connected.
Riot: hi hi
Ganaroth?: Yo! I'll be right there.
Ganaroth?: Okay, sorry. Just had to finish off a chamber in "Fixing Broken Relationships if You're a Greek God Simulator."
Riot: lol what
Riot: Ohhhh Hades
Ganaroth?: Yup, that's the one.
Ganaroth?: So what's up? How are you?
Ganaroth?: I've got a mod installed that adds in two other gods, Apollo and Hestia, and Hestia in particular combos with some of the other existing gods in completely hilarious ways. It kinda makes me feel bad sometimes, but then I watch the entire room being continually pulled in my giant lava pool in dying, and remember what joy is.
Riot: Very nice
Riot: I'm good, long hot day at work
Vul: aaaaaa work
Ganaroth?: Sorry about the heat, but I'm glad you made it through. Ugh. Heat. I am not good with heat at all.
Ganaroth?: Yeah, aaaaaa about the right response to work.
Vul: manager bitched for 46ish mins this mornign about how they are going to retire jan because they got written up officially for not being able to make others do impossible things with no money
Riot: Good lord
Ganaroth?: Is this the bad manager that we hate?
Vul: manager number 3 in 3 years
Ganaroth?: Or is this the good one?
Vul: nah the bad manager we hate is who wrote him up
Ganaroth?: fml.
Ganaroth?: Well, I'm sorry about that.
Vul: I don't think it's possible to fire a director for burning through staff to much
Ganaroth?: (shrugs) Don't ask me to form a predictive model for corporate behavior.
Vul: if only the workers of the world would rise up,,, again... except better this time
Ganaroth?: Yeah. I want a time machine, so that I can re-enact "The Guns of The South," except for the 1916 Seattle General Strike.
Ganaroth?: I got to show a friend of mine "The Sage of Tanya the Evil" yesterday, and I think the last time this guy was so immediately into a show I recommended was with She-Ra. Which is hilarious, because those two shows have very, very few commonalities, other than that I absolutely knew they would be his thing.
Riot: Nice
Ganaroth?: Main character s the opposite of Adora in every conceivable way except hair color and being magic. Like, seriously, almost any salient personality characteristic you could name for Adora is directly inverted in Tanya.
Ganaroth?: Physical characteristics too, mostly, when I think of it.
Riot: Wild
Vul: they both have a sword
Ganaroth?: Oh, except for they do both have a tendency to screw themselves over by being the dumbest smart people in their respective worlds.
Riot: lmao
Ganaroth?: Tanya's sword is ceremonial. She can enchant her bayonet for close combat, though.
vonel has connected.
Ganaroth?: General: Hey, that's a cool idea for a new kind of tactical military unit. Write up a formal proposal for me! Tanya: Yes sir! (Thinking: This is awesome, General dude is gonna think I'm a genius, and Imma shoot up the ranks for this. Later: General: So hey, I'm putting you in charge of that unit you designed, and sending you to the front lines. Tanya: Yes sir! (Thinking "MOTHERFUCKER!")
Ganaroth?: Welcome Vonel! How is you?
vonel: I'm good
Ganaroth?: Glad to hear that. Actually, can I get just a sec, folk? I need to take care of something. -.-
Riot: No worries!
Vul: fox
Ganaroth?: Ok, I'm sorry about this. I accidentally misplaced some tokens, like a moron, so I was delayed finding them. sigh Okay, we'll resume.
Vul: k
Vul: i have mailed several foxes as of late
Last time on D&D, you attended the opening of the summit, in which Professor Okorion gave a very dry, abortive explanation of the situation at hand, concerning Garmera's apparent condition. However, while the room erupted into chaos, the head representative of the Silverfang Cult; dangerous fanatics who worship their own interpretation of Garmera, stepped forward and knocked Okorion out. He monologued for a bit about his holy mission, and how anyone attempting to interfere with Garmera would be targeted. To demonstrate, a servant who was secretely a member of the cult slit her mistresses throat on his command. However, as the conversation went on, it became more and more apparent that whatever plan this man had, it's barely more than half-baked, and the only likely consequence is chaos amidst the summit. It seemed suspicious to you. Regardless, the group jumped from the balcony, ready to confront him. Sound about right?
=^v^=: (( we had discusses a bit after jumping, ra'ven did the go teleport the knokced out guy away, etc ))
Ganaroth?: (Ah! Thanks for reminding me about the teleport. Okay, I'm going to transport everyone to the map, if that's alright.)
vonel: (( Yep ))
Riot: ((yep))
Ganaroth?: (Akaiku, you'll need to find Ra'ven really quick. I couldn't see her easily. -.-'
Vul: err, ddi you copy us to the same map?
Ganaroth?: Ah, sorry, I neglected to get rid of your previous tokens over on this map. Want me to do that, or do you want to do my custodial duties?
Vul: eh, it just breaks scripts if 2 with the same name exist, also the background is hidden
Ganaroth?: Of course it is.
Ganaroth?: And yeah, I know it breaks shit. Thass why I'm going to kill those tokens.
Ra'ven has received initiative.
Ra'ven has received initiative.
Ra'ven has received initiative.
Ra'ven: also need to clear init
Ganaroth?: Okay, I think that's all the duplicates.Well, yeah, I'm gonna clear init.
Ra'ven: woo arena
Ganaroth?: (I;ve placed you guys over there, but you can feel free to spread out a bit. Here is the scenario, though: Currently, you don't know who in the crowd is a cultist. The crowd itself is also here, and is beginnging to panic, making a rush for the exits, heedlessly trampling whomever is in their path. Luckily, Ra'ven's quick action prevented Okorion also being in immanent danger up on the stage.)
Ra'ven is therefore obligatorally 5 squares from teh stage
=^v^=: (( prob like that ))
Ganaroth?: (Those are units of panicked crowd. The rest of you should probably place yourselves a bit further away, since Ra'ven chose to deep strike. But otherwise, all good.)
Rai Patience Cantor is over here, because that's where she was seated in the audience.
vonel: (( Wasn't Yltheria's bodyguard with us? ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Yeah. Can you not see him? Hold on.)
Rai Patience Cantor: (Yup, He were invisible.)
Riot: (( I thought Yltheria was waiting up on the balcony? ))
Riot:
Rai Patience Cantor: (See, this is why I asked you about what happened last! I always forget stuff like that. Okay, fixing it!)
=^v^=: (( lol vip swarms ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (I honestly just couldn't think of a better name once that one popped into my head.)
Riot: (( I mean it works lol ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Good!)
vonel: (( VIP's do tend to swarm. ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Okay, in preparation, even if there is going to be more conversation right now, we all know where this is going, to let's do init.)
Eileen:
  Combat Leader
Effect: You and each ally within 10 squares who can see and hear you gain a +2 power bonus to initiative.
Expert Combat Leader: The bonus to initiative from Combat Leader increases to +3.
Initiative: Ra'ven rolled 19.08.
Rai Patience Cantor: da fuck. hold on.
=^v^=: (( 80 is pretty high ya ))
Initiative: Vul rolled 15.06.
Rai Patience Cantor: (Jeebus. I've been using this program for how many years, and I still screw up Initiative? Smh)
Rai Patience Cantor: (In any case, the locations of the cultists will be revealed as their turns come up. Also, Hector has several attunement abilities that affect the party, so I should probably show you them.)
Hector Achilon: Took an extended rest.
HP: 58 / 58— Surges: 9 / 9 — APs: 1 — Daily Items: 1
Hector Achilon:
  Life
Effect: Hector and all his party members gain 2 extra healing surges.

Hector Achilon:

Effect: All of Hector's encounter attacks inflict deafness until the end of his next turn in addition to their normal effects. Whenever Hector hits a deafened enemy, an ally within 5 squares gains a +2 power bonus to attack and damage rolls.
Riot: (( we love Hector ))
Ra'ven wishes she had this one level 9 boon that's almost aways useless suddenly
=^v^=: (( also lol that last one with ra'ven ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Hector is a bro.)
Ra'ven:
  Sound Theft
Actually pretty scary hearing nothing but yourself.
Trigger: She hits an enemy with an attack that doesn't currently have a type.
Effect: All damage done by the attack is thunder, also the foe is deafened untill end of next turn.
Apply Deafened
Rai Patience Cantor: (Yeah, right? C-c-c-combo.)
Rai Patience Cantor: (I wanted to somehow make being deafened meaningful, at least while he's around.)
Rai Patience Cantor: (In any case, Vayak continues to rant on the stage, threatening the audience even as they panic, and yells for his men to kill more of the hostages, apparently under the impression that the rest will sit down and shut up if this happens. You may continue to talk, if you wish, but it sounds like some of these people might be in immanent danger.)
Ra'ven has a thing to shout if the prof is safely tucked awayish
=^v^=: (( though I really wish I didn't have a super obnoxious day so I can be more inspired ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Well, he's where you see him on the map, next to you. It's up to you if you consider that to be safe.)
Rai Patience Cantor: (I'm really sorry about your day? Are you up for this? God knows we've canceled enough times because I wasn't.)
Riot: (( I thought she teleported him to the balcony with his guards? ))
=^v^=: (( also, what sorta title do wolf cultists generally refer to eachother? ))
Riot: (( I may have misunderstood or lost track ))
=^v^=: (( nope, cool teleport power has 5 square range ))
Riot: (( ohhh I forgot about Ra'ven's plan ))
=^v^=: (( """"""""PLAN""""""" ))
=^v^=: (( that's not a plan, that's just an idea shouted loudly ))
Riot: (( I mean yeah lol fair ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (I'm really sorry about your day PERIOD not question mark. But yeah, as Akaiku said. Generally the cultists refer to each other as "Brother," "Sister," etc. Higher ranking members are called Fangs, and there are rumors of an even higher leadership caste called The Howling, but if they exist nobody's ever actually caught one.)
Rai Patience Cantor: (Also, repeating question about whether you're good to continue this evening.)
=^v^=: (( ya, just not like, at my peek in cretivity, so basically asking you to bare with me a bit xP ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Ok, understood. Just remember that you can beg off at any time.)
Riot: (( yeah no worries either way on my end ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Thumbs up)
Rai Patience Cantor: (Okay, best put up the VIP auras...)
Rai Patience Cantor: VIPs suck.
VIP Swarm 5:
  Panicked Flailing
Effect: Any creature other than a VIP swarm that ends its turn in the aura takes 10 damage.
Apply Any creature other than a VIP swarm that ends its turn in the aura takes 10 damage.
VIP Swarm 5:
  Fearful Wailing
Effect: Enemies within the aura take a -2 penalty to all defenses.
Apply Enemies in the aura take a -2 penalty to all defenses
Riot: (( jesus lmao ))
Rai Patience Cantor: (Well, you know most of these people have never been attacked, so they aren't handling it well.)
=^v^=: (( lol if someone had a ratcatcher's armor, they'd be protected from rich people ))
=^v^=: (( "SOMEONE SAVE US" pause, "NOT YOU THOUGH" ))
Asger Vayak seems to hesitate for a moment, uncertainty crossing his face before rallying. "Holy Garmera is darkness as well as light, and if those heathens die in her service, perhaps they too will be welcomed to her side! All those who serve her are the blessed! All those that defy her are the damned!"
Ra'ven: "And yet, nobody here has yet defied her! Some idiot spoke blaspheme! A thing many must bear to help the cause! This is but a trap!"
Ra'ven: "To make us show our hand!"
Asger Vayak: (Definitely a bluff check, please.)
Ra'ven so hilariously better at threats
Ra'ven:
  Bluff : Rolled 18.
Riot: (( brb taking dog out ))
=^v^=:
=^v^=: (( also her diplomacy is the same as her bluf xP ))
Riot: (( back ))
Asger Vayak: "I...." He now looks genuinely nervous. "Sister, your name. Why was I not told that there would be another pack here?"
Ra'ven: "Ra'ven. And for the same reason I was not told of you, likely. Nobod but the wolf knows our true force."
=^v^=: (( the problem with deep cover spycraft! "Wait, who all is a spy again?" ))
Asger Vayak: "...Unfortunately, that is no longer true, Sister Ra'ven. All of these people here. They have seen me. And they have seen you, and your companions." He indicates the rest of you that have jumped down. "I deeply apologize for this...embarrassing misunderstanding. But the damage is done now, and if they escape, not only I but your entire pack will be in danger as well."
Ra'ven gestures at the vips doing the crazed panic thing
Ra'ven: "And there is time to escape."
Asger Vayak: "You are willing to abandon your cover in Si En Kelar? Keeping the true extent of our hand hidden is that important for now?" He seems be debating internally. He's starting to lean towards your way of thinking, but he's not quite made a decision yet.
=^v^=: (( ra'ven not really going for half-assing her ban forever for not wanting to hurt the wolf ))
Asger Vayak:
Ra'ven: "With that dumb proclimation, our number that are UNKNOW are more important then that! Who will keep those who go along with it afraid?!"
Asger Vayak: (That could either be diplomacy or intimidate, depending on how you say it, so you get to pick.)
Ra'ven is like, inherently more likely to accidently come across as intimidating and is way better at it, so she's probably going to intimidate
Asger Vayak: (Well, make yer roll, then.)
Ra'ven:
  Intimidate : Rolled 25.
=^v^=: (( ironically if he was a wolf she'd have a +2 to it ))
=^v^=: (( well, a wolf or similar creature ))
Asger Vayak: (Well, that was technically a failure, but it was pretty close. So if anyone else wants to chime in to support Ra'ven's gambit, you can also make a.... Wait, if he's a wolf you get +2? ...Well, I guess you succeeded, then.)
Riot: (( O_O ))
=^v^=: (( WOO SILLY LV 5 WEREWOLF FEATURE THAT NEVER MATTERS WORKS ))
Asger Vayak: (That's hilarious.)
Asger Vayak: (I've never seen that actually matter. I've never seen any bonus LIKE that actually matter.)
Asger Vayak: (Damn, he's a wolf, but this situation is a unicorn.)
=^v^=: (( ya, +2 to bluff, diplomacy and intimidate on wolf or wolf-like creatures ))
Asger Vayak: "Fuck, and flaming shit storms..." His eyes dart about, probably making eye contact with more of his compatriots in the crowd. "Your point is made, Sister. Hurry, with me. We have an exit from this place prepared." He gestures for you to follow.
Asger Vayak: (Yup. And crazy enough, highish ranking member of wolf cult has wolf powers, so... (shrugs))
Vul gives a look at Vul that he totally recognizes as 'in for a penny in for a pound' which he uses his helpful headband to at least relay to everyone within 5
Vul: .
Ra'ven gives a look at Vul that he totally recognizes as 'in for a penny in for a pound' which he uses his helpful headband to at least relay to everyone within 5
Ra'ven is, in fact, going to follow
At Vayak's word a number of other people in the crowd begin running towards the stage, trying to avoid the panicked 1%ers who have taken this as their cue to finally rush the exits in earnest. You can hear a commotion on the balcony as well, as a number of hidden cultist there begin shoving people out of the way. It seems as though at least one of Hector and Yltheria has figured out what you're doing, because Hector is enthusiatically joining in and shoving people aside, shielding Yltheria with one arm.
Asger Vayak frantically gestures toward the backstage, where several ornate tapestries depicting the constellations hang from the walls, then runs over to hold it open, revealing a servant's entrance. "Quickly! Now that they're running, we'll have that small army in the courtyard after us!"
Asger Vayak: "...And bring the old man. We might be able to use a little leverage in this situation."
Ra'ven assumes nobody has secured him as of yet then
Asger Vayak: (From the direction of his gaze, it's clear he means Okorion, and no, nobody else has secured him. He's out, and you're the closest one to him.)
Ra'ven inwardly sighs and teleports him back to her arms
Asger Vayak: "Good. Someone like him doesn't deserve to escape so easily anyway. Now let's go!"
Asger Vayak: (So, the question is a bit binary, folks, but do you follow him or not?)
Ra'ven is
Riot: (( I guess we have to. The "innocent" rich people are all escaping the other way ))
Vul is staying with Perra whatever she decides to do
=^v^=: (( we can split up xP ))
Asger Vayak: (I mean, you don't have to. If you wanted, you could go with them. Everyone here has multiple characters, so if you want it's entirely possible to split the party, if you think it's best.)
Asger Vayak: (Of course, if he sees some of the people who are obviously in your group going with the rich fucks, he might wonder what's going on. (shrugs))
Asger Vayak: (Depends on how smart the dice are.)
Clarity looks to Patience, obviously questioning, while making a move to follow
=^v^=: (( cuz she wasn't till, like mabye now? ))
vonel: (( Well for my characters Eileen would go with it while Perra hangs back looking a bit confused. ))
Lucky pushes down the levels to follow
Rai Patience Cantor makes eye contact with Clarity, and for once the usual animosity is absent, and she simply nods, rising from her seat, and running towards the indicated exit.
Rai Patience Cantor:
Clarity adjusts her cape, a serious look setting on her face, and follows
Vul is staying with perra
Asger Vayak: (Aw, there goes the Vul/Hector synergy.)
=^v^=: (( what about necromancer? ))
=^v^=: (( what synergy? the silence one was with ra'ven ))
As the rest of you squeeze through the narrow passage way, Vayak looks back, a worried expression on his face. "Those other two... you're sure they won't be caught? They must have an important assignment if they're willing to split from us in this situation."
Ra'ven: "Did you see them? The look of shock? Others will think we betrayed them as well."
Asger Vayak: ((Synergy: Ah, right. Necromancer: She and Hector are presumably heading for the same exit as the cultists on the upper level.))
Vul was, in fact, a bit shocked and annoyed looking
Asger Vayak: "...Oh, that's actually clever. It actually helps salvage this... embarrassment. We lean into the idea that we're disorganized and incompetent, in order to prepare." He shakes his head. "Not enough thinkers in my pack. We could have used you advising us on this." He seems genuinely frustrated as he continues to run.
He leads you into through a surprisingly mazelike network of servant corridors, turning to follow arrow markings at each intersection and only stopping to roughly shove the occasional actual servant to the ground. You reach a staircase going up, and he begins climbing. He looks back over his shoulder and says "We have an escape pathway on the roof. Don't worry, they won't be able to follow."
Ra'ven is sorta annoyed at having to carry an unconsious old man up stairs and makes someone actually strong do it
Eileen will take him.
Ra'ven and her mighty str 9
A few minutes later, those of the party who came with the cult find themselves on the roof, alongside something close to thirty other people, presumably cultists dressed in plainclothes. Stashed up is a bag, which he quickly tears open, revealing a hollow glass sphere with a small pewter wolf suspended in the middle. Cursing, he pricks his finger with a knife, allowing a drop of blood to land on the globe, where it disappears save for perhaps the slightest red tinge to the inside of the sphere. He passes it around to the other cultists, and each of them in turn hurriedly performs the same action, and by the time the globe gets to your group, the inside looks as though it contains a thick red mist. He hands it to Ra'ven.
Ra'ven isn't about to not do such a thing, and has her convinet stash of sharp needles
Asger Vayak: (*Stashed up there is a bag that VAYAK quickly tears through.)
Riot: (( uhhhh ))
Ra'ven has no idea what it''ll do but like, she's totally going to go first since she got everyone else into this mess!
Ra'ven gestures to Elieen, "They don't bleed."
Yltheria tugs on Lucky's sleeve and whispers to her. "It should be okay. The blood is just fuel here. It will be consumed when the device activates. There won't be any thanic or thaumaturgic link."
Ra'ven idly wonders if her extremely linked to various places blood messes with such things
Lucky whispers back to Yltheria, "I'm more worried about where we're going."
=^v^=: (( ironically literally into the wolf's den ))
Asger Vayak: "Does she not have an internal fluid system? Argh. Ok, we should still have enough power. If you don't have fluid, shave off a little metal and through it on there. We can get that fixed later."
Asger Vayak: *throw it on there.
Riot: (( yeah into the middle of the cultists I assume ))
=^v^=: (( I mean ya, but doesn't this seem like an all-hands-on-deck situation in the first place? ))
=^v^=: (( ya know, for the cultists? ))
Hector Achilon: "Oh, don't worry. I'm sure their base is just like every other Den that we've seen."
Hector Achilon: "They're not trying to impress us, we're not trying to impress them. We're just trying to get away from an angry mob. Right?"
Hector Achilon says that with a bit of a side-eye towards Lucky.
Ra'ven hands the others some of her trademarked sharps as fuck needles
Eileen can and will add a drop of the liquid in her when it comes time for her to do so.
Hector Achilon: Yltheria and Hector do as well.
Clarity trusts Patience, despite everything, and immediately provides a drop of blood.
Rai Patience Cantor does so without hesitation.
Lucky follows everyone else's example, even if she's clearly not the happiest about it.
Yltheria whispers, in a flat tone from next to you. "...I'm glad you came."
Lucky reaches down and squeezes Yltheria's shoulder in reassurance.
Asger Vayak nods as the last bit of blood and/or fluid touches the glass, then places it on the ground, followed by a swift stomp that shatters the glass. The crimson mist whirls around the now-freed figure of the wolf, which opens its mouth in an enormous yawn...
Discontinuity.
Vul even gets to have a sweet masion and tell the others wtf just happend with Perra
You think you remember seeing some kind of swirling vortex of distorted space erupt from the figurine's mouth, and the forms of the others around you distorting and bleeding into each other. Something strange and primally disturbing lurks at the edges of your vision, but before you manage to get a good look at it, all of you have passed out. When you awaken, the other cultist are coming to all around you as well, in what appears to be some kind of affluent dining room, complete with expensive looking furniture and a table fully set with silver utensils and crystal glasses. Food has been set out, still warm and fragrant, but nobody else is in the room.
Vul continues blisfully unaware that he missed out on a sweet spread of food
Asger Vayak: "Ha... ha.... Made it. And as you said, the message has been sent. Without even having to lose a man. Normally I don't welcome other Fangs involving themselves in how I run this pack, but I have to admit that you probably saved from a fatal mistake back there."
Eileen: "Interesting way to travel."
Ra'ven:
Asger Vayak: "It's awful. But many of Holy Garmera's gifts are. And, importantly, it can't be traced like normal teleportation magic. The Yawn effect rips through the surrounding magic, making it into useless, unreadable hash. So despite the discomfort... very useful."
Eileen: "Indeed."
Asger Vayak: "According to my contact, the devils are... less unified than they traditionally have been at this moment. It wouldn't surprise me if we're just dealing with different factions. Certainly they can't be TRUSTED. But yes, the execution of the plan was mine. The objectives came from above, though."
=^v^=: (( question, was hector able to see that devil possession on that person we had rescued before? ))
Asger Vayak: "I was told to deliver a warning against interference in unambiguous terms, as a public statement. The how was left to me, and yes, I may have chosen poorly. I'm not too proud to admit it."
Asger Vayak: ((He was, yes, but he had to look her over thouroughly first. He cannot, as far as you know, simply tell at a glance. Although now that he's done it once, it might be faster next time.))
Ra'ven: "Ah, that's not so suspcious then..." she nods, "Good good. Also... while we are at that," she turns to Hector, "Can you chieck our Dean of Bad Decisions here for that possession we ran across earlier?" She gestures to the Prof
Riot: (( lol Dean of Bad Decisions ))
Riot: (( who is he, the Dean from Community? ))
=^v^=: (( no Dean Venture ))
Riot: (( Ohhh also true ))
Riot: (( movie was great btw ))
Asger Vayak: "Hmm? Oh, your faction is using those pills as well? By all mean, look the idiot over. Don't feel like you have to be too gentle."
Asger Vayak: ((Fucking love Dean of Bad Decisions.))
Asger Vayak: ((Okay, deserved or not, Okorion is getting that as a title under his name now.))
Riot: (( lmao ))
=^v^=: (( who else do you call upon to make a timid Space Jam invading alien announcement ))
Asger Vayak: Snrk.
=^v^=: (( You are now all our prisoners, we are making a giant laser to blow up the moon(wolf) ))
Asger Vayak:
Riot: (( lol fine by me ))
vonel: (( Sure ))
=^v^=: (( ya sorry bout that ))
Riot: (( was NOT expecting it to play out that way and am currently unsure of what to do myself lol ))
Asger Vayak: I seriously did not expect Akaiku to do that. Don't apologize!
Riot: (( in a good way though ))
Asger Vayak: ((Exactly. I love when this happens. It's extra work for me, but it's the kind of work I actually enjoy. I'm pleased as hell.))
Riot: (( big fan of the unexpected +2 that made it work ))
Riot: (( off an ability that apparently never does anything ))
=^v^=: (( yaa, the prof said everyone who wasn't working to stop the new wolfs was an enemy who was going to be like, excommunicated and possibly killed ))
Asger Vayak: (Right?!?!?!interrobang!)
=^v^=: (( I mean i didn't even make a button for it ))
Asger Vayak: There was little reason to.
=^v^=: (( I'm goign to make one right now in honor if it actually coming up ))
Asger Vayak: (I think that's deserved.)
Asger Vayak: But yeah, don't apologize. When thinks get a little bit out of control is when D&D is at its best.

Successfully created or modified the Wait.. Wolves.... macro!
Ra'ven:
  Wait.. Wolves....
 HEY GUIZ I GOT THIS!
Trigger: She makes a bluff/intimidate/diplomacy check vs something that is a wolf or wolf-like creature.
Effect: She gets a +2 to the check
Riot: lmao
Ra'ven: THERE BUTTON
Asger Vayak: Anyway, thanks, folks. I'm actually pretty motivated to work on the new stuff as a result of this.
Asger Vayak: Hahaha, yeah.
Ra'ven: I'd put an interrobang in that but I'm honestly not sure it wouldn't blow everything up
Riot: That was very wild and interesting
Riot: Excited to see what happens as a result
Asger Vayak: Me too!
Ra'ven: ya, still feeling a big sheepish for the seeming yanking the party along in a wierd direction
Asger Vayak: It can't just be "Oh, you're at there base, now you fight them there instead of where you were." I have to figure out what the story does instead.
Ra'ven: I mean
Asger Vayak: Well, I can't stop you from feeling sheepish, but I really appreciated it.
Ra'ven wants to find out why they are doing dumb things! Maybe there is a conspiricy!
Asger Vayak: Yeah, this is an opportunity to do things that I hadn't planned, and maybe find out information I hadn't intended to reveal yet.
Riot: No need to feel sheepish, it was very interesting
Ra'ven is also secretly smug that a bunch of rich people technically owe her their liives
Asger Vayak: Ha.
Ra'ven: I mean most of them will blow it off, but some might feel twinges of honor or something
Asger Vayak: Actually, that's my one regret about this incident. I had this whole mechanic for the fight surrounding these VIP swarms planned out, where they are basically a menace to both you and the enemies, so herding them around sorta becomes key, and now I don't get to use it. But this is worth it.
Asger Vayak: And yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them remember you, and are grateful.
Ra'ven is pretty stands out in a croudy-y, also totally DID jump up on stage
Riot: We all also have these shiny new uniforms
Ra'ven feels bad for making Paitence's new plan way more complicated but consoles herself in that she didn't technically tell them to come
Asger Vayak: Patience doesn't feel that bad. She's busy calculating how she can use this to make even more profit than she'd planned.
Asger Vayak: Okay, gonna get going, but thanks for the delightful little surprise this session. Be super well! Also, I'm going to try to actually pay attention to discord this week. -.-'
Asger Vayak: So contact with me might actually be possible. Kay, night!
Riot: I mean if we pull something crazy off, it's pretty much a rousing success Patience could use to sell our services even more
Riot: Gnight!
Riot is disconnected.
